Certified Notary Public
Bilingual notary public serving Miami-Dade and Broward counties. English and Spanish.
About
I'm Maria Reyes, a Florida-commissioned notary public serving Miami-Dade and Broward counties since 2019. Born and raised in Miami, I understand the diverse needs of this community - and I'm proud to offer fully bilingual notary services in English and Spanish.
Before becoming a notary, I worked in property management and legal support, which gave me hands-on experience with the kinds of documents that come across my table every day - leases, deeds, affidavits, powers of attorney, and more. I'm also an authorized Remote Online Notary, so if you can't meet in person, I've got you covered.
My goal is simple: make the notarization process as easy as possible for every client, in whatever language they're most comfortable with.
Services
Acknowledgments, jurats, oaths, affirmations, and copy certifications. I come to your home, office, or any convenient location in Miami-Dade or Broward. All documents handled with care and confidentiality.
Get notarized from anywhere over a secure video call. I use a state-approved RON platform with digital identity verification. Perfect for real estate, legal, and business documents when you can't meet in person.

Notarization of wills, powers of attorney, healthcare surrogates, living wills, and trust documents. I'm experienced working with families and can meet at a hospital or assisted living facility when needed.
Notarization of immigration affidavits, consent letters for minors traveling abroad, and certified copy requests. Fully bilingual service - ideal for Spanish-speaking families navigating document requirements.

googleFAQs
Yes - I am fully bilingual and happy to communicate in Spanish throughout your appointment. I can explain documents, answer questions, and complete the notarization entirely in Spanish if you prefer.
Remote Online Notarization (RON) lets you get documents notarized over a secure video call using your phone, tablet, or computer. You verify your identity digitally, sign electronically, and I apply a tamper-evident seal - all without meeting in person. Florida fully supports RON notarizations.
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required - a Florida driver's license, U.S. passport, or state ID all work. For RON sessions, identity is verified through a combination of ID scan and knowledge-based authentication.
Yes. I frequently assist families at hospitals, assisted living facilities, and rehabilitation centers throughout Miami-Dade and Broward. Please call to coordinate access and timing.
I can notarize immigration affidavits, consent letters, and other documents that require a notary signature. I do not translate documents, but I can refer you to a certified translator if needed.
